Yes i got that. Thanks for this, however my question is not how to find ADSR controls. I know where they are. But how can i control them live. AFAIK some parameters are already assigned to some midi CC but decay is not. Is there any way to control decay on that first ADSR envelope via midi CC?

Is there any way to automate decay? I readed manual but i just cant find this control anywhere. Probably seems stupid but it is a no go for now.

For example i have long ride cymbal(or sample of 909 closed hat) and i want to automate decay to make cymbal shorter then suddenly longer.

VDAT edit button bug.

First you must register your sound editor within VDAT. editor must be "registered" to vdat in vdat settings so after recording you can press "edit" and your sound editor will be launched with recorded files already..

the vdat "tapes" make wav files. these can be opened in another editor. vdat has no editor in itself, it's just a recorder. that's why i say think hardware. for all intents and purposes, vdat is an adat and that's about it.

This might seem stupid comment, but were the "unused" tracks armed for recording? if they were, it's normal VDAT recorded the "empty" files.

vdat is a tape deck. bouncing is for balls, in the old days of tape decks, bouncing was done by actually recording to a new track.... :lol: think, hardware.

Well managed to solve this by assigning filter to mod wheel...Then it will have full range when you move modwheel though i dont get it why i cant control it via my own controller...

Found it!!! It was Ind.Level option that was at zero. Now i just need to get my head on that filter
