There should be no difference in summing between Cubase or a DSP mixer, or any other digital mixer.

That doesn't mean that there couldn't be any differences by the way, but not "night and day". If your summing is sounding that bad in Cubase, I would start with dropping the levels on all channels ...

Have been getting into ScopeSync and BC Modular here lately, it's superb! I'm finally able to have the control I always wanted. Thanks so much for developing this!

Still using my Pulsar I, have it for 10 years now!

It's not my main card anymore, my I/O is now an Alpha-Link MADI AX coupled with
an SSL MadiXtreme 128 card.
The Pulsar I feeds 16 channels into the Alpha-Link MADI AX. That way, I mainly use
it for its external effects. The SC (TimeWorks) Plate is ...

The behaviour is slightly more complex :D

It has to do with Wavelab trying to initialize ANY ASIO driver... So if you initialize
your Wavelab to use the generic ASIO driver, Wavelab will still hang!

Now all references to the Scope ASIO driver are removed from the registry, Wavelab 7
starts fine ...

So... I have it working for my situation...

As per my previous post I did the following:
* Uninstalled Scope 5.1
* Started Wavelab 7, and configured it to use my SSL Soundscape ASIO drivers
* Installed Scope 5.1, rebooted
When starting Wavelab 7, it froze again!

I also did the following ...

By the way, did you see this post? Apparently there is a way to 'kind of' solve this... that is if
you don't need to use ASIO drivers in Wavelab...
(It works for me when I uninstall Scope, select MME win drivers, and then reinstall Scope.
It does not work when I uninstall Scope ...

I have the exact same issue as babaorum has, but with Wavelab 7.
Also on Win 7 64bit, with the Scope 5.1 64bit drivers.

Over the Xmas period I've communicated a lot with Steinberg on this, worked through all their
suggestions with no luck. Then hit the Steinberg support forum and saw babaorum's ...

Not that simple on my side though...

Is it possible to change the presets of the
Pattern Delay via midi?

I know the Pattern Delay has no midi in, but
the midi works fine with the MidiIzer devices...

If somebody can advise me?

Just use the physical midi-ports on your card to connect to a port on the AMT.

I do the same with the Steinberg Midex-8, and it works fantastic. A major improvement compared to when you go through the OS.

Use ASIO drivers in logic, create extra "ins" on your ASIO driver module that goes into Logic.
Route the output of the synths into Logic, arm your tracks, and record the 2 synths on separate tracks...

Then, together with all your other audio, perform a mixdown.
