Re: maybe some other time [put up original content]
i think thats the amazing thing ken, i didn't try and get hold of it.. and i don't presume that i did for a minute, however i was writing the piece as a direct result of hearing the news - it was the motivation and the inspiration for the piece and in that fact it had a certain feeling and a certain...

While i TOTALLY agree - that there is nothing wrong with midi.. i did here that the protocol is being changed from midi to midi2 - basically they are trying to update it so that some of the limitations are overcome (eg 127 banks of data...could eventually be up to 1000 or something - for yet even mo...

I have been used the axon ax100 mk2 for a little while and its a great box. There is plenty of teakablitly to get the response to your playing quite good. The main diff...

Hi Rodos, I've been using the R-09 for a while now, and i find it very useful, i bought the little tripod for it as well :) I havnt yet attached any external mics - and i'm sure that you would get even better results with a quality external, but the internal mics are seemingly quite sensitive, and f...

Also i've lowered the guitar and eqed the bass so it doesnt honk through the speakers quite so much. Snare might still be a little over compressed...

Thanks guys, you are both right - i need to get the drums to swing a little more, i quite like the way its straighness offsets the swing in the bass but i'll have a look and see if i can get a little more groove in there as well. Good advice aout the snare as well, i'll see if i have anything that i...
