I had no problems purchasing the Transient Designer a week ago. It's probably just a temporary glitch, but I hope for you it won't take too long.

cheers,

Did you contact Creamware about your problem? They ought to be almost as eager to sell to you, as you are to buy from them.
Information for new readers: A forum member named Braincell is known for spreading lies and malicious information without even knowing the basics of, what he is talking about. If noone responds to him, it is because he is ignored.

Had no problem to buy SPL TD, just that I had to retry and choose another 'second' 4-digit number, the one on the backside of my card.

I hope you will get your stuff, at the reduced price, you should.
I was not alowed to buy the TD before the very start of the TD offer, coz the auto-selling computer can handle just one price per product at a time.
It would be rediculous if this would be the reason to refuse you the special price after 31 dec.

But I think CW will get to you
Anyway, my support, for what it's worth, is promised!
Keep us informed.

Sandro, in case the number you used was the right one, there may be something in the chain: browser, java(script), proxy, router, connection to provider.
A friend in Germany had a lot of trouble with online banking systems. The programming of the 'secure' stuff seems to be rather tricky.
You might mail this shop:
http://www.musik-service.de/ProduX/Reco ... _II_EN.htm
They seem to be very responsiv and open to price suggestions (the pages aren't updated too often obviously).

good luck, Tom

i still waiting for a cw and telecash response. in the meantime i paid 10 dolars to "save tibet" sucessfully, but they didn't ask me for card validation number.
anyway, i think that i'm doing everything corect here.
card validation number is placed on the backside, on papper track on the right side, after card number. on the backside i don't have any other number, so is imposible to make mistake?! :???:

Sandrob,

Once I tried to do a purchase on my home pc and it always failed. But the transaction worked ok when I tried it at work. Maybe your IE installation has got itself screwed up?

GaryB has got it right. But I'd say Windows sux!
