I am trying to get a custom XITE-1d in black with a headphone which is extra.
I just dont use more than 20% DSP.
BCModular and mixing is all I need.
With the new A32 and 2 x TC Fireworx I got all I need.

Pretty much mixing and MIDI .
Ever since I got Solaris synths aren't needed.
And BCModular Scope Sync GUI and Live Bar makes live performance a breeze.

Interesting I didn't think that option existed (headphone jack on XITE-1D).

So you're basically selling your XITE-1 at roughly the cost of purchasing a new XITE-1D. Loosing 8 DSP in the process. Why would you do that - apart from having a 5 year newer unit - or some other sore-dick deal happening w/ the Holgs

Although I suppose a 5 year newer unit is reason enough. Not sure if I would do it though :)

But then .... I don't have a Solaris :D

I can relate as I'm waiting for it to come out in powder blue.

Powder Blue might be offensive to certain folks in the USA... :P

Dante, the unit is in mint shape and works like a champ, I don't think these units even
are under the usual thumb of aging. My DSP Pro Card still works like a champ and it's
14 years old....

Now that I have had time to think about this I think NO, I will keep my loyal XITE-1
and just add an XITE-1d modded if it is even allowed.
Thought the A32 w/ an XITE-1d would be plenty, but having a spare is always wise.
The XITE-1 has been battle proven for 5 years day in day out.
Like so many wussy Americans it might have feelings and become offended.
So for the sake of political correctness and othjer warm and fuzzy issues it stays with me.
When I am buried, my kids can have my jewelry, property and "illegal" Gold Coins pre depression ear.
The XITE's will go with me to the afterlife.

Yeah 48k.
Just ground it down to 226MBs for a real lean performance template.
Using BCM Shells for all custom I/O modules so the routing window
Has 5 shells and a mixer.
Think I'll try 96k just for shits and grins....
