Unique PlugIn´s and other tools
it has been mentioned already as a sidenote in the Devices Wishlist forum, but they shurely deserve some ads 
DevineMachine is a kind of software groovebox for drumloops (or any other sample you feed into it)
It features 2 sets of 4 slots for samples which can be crossfaded and a kind of wheel for scratch 'n stutter effects on the frontpage.
The main (and unique) feature is their visualisation of the timeline as a 45 degree angle.
When you drag a line downward it moves the actual sample play position backward and accordingly forward if you drag the line up.
Works freeform and with the help of a bpm grid - and of course while the groove keeps playing

Pseudograins - Granular VSTi
It´s sorta similar to slifty but not really.
It works mainly with loops (tho I prefer stuffing non looped material in there, and creating something rhythmic out of that). The main loop breaks a sample into a specified number of slices. The sub loop slices a single main loop slice by a specified amount. Thus pseudo granulation dependind on how far your set the sub slice. Envelops exists for both slicers. Drag n' drop your sample right into it. It can wack the mess out of it, with the added bonus of it aliasing like a bitch (just like it should)! Good for the more experimental types.

Pan Oh Rama
Pan-Oh!-Rama is a 6-stage modulation effect using multiple waveform LFO's with FM routing and smoothing. It also uses two filterbanks offering 2p/4p LP, 2p/4p HP, 2p BP and 2p BR filters. Pan-Oh!-Rama can either be run tempo synced to the host application or with a manual tempo setting. The LFO's can be gate trigged allowing the LFO's to be restarted by a note-on MIDI message.
