To get allkey, soniccore doesn't reply

Post by kapenter »

I recently got a scond hand Pulsar 1.

To install the software, I requested allkey by email following address

info@soniccore.com.

I sent an email 3 times but didn't get any reply.

Since I read post on this board, it seems people get reply so far.

What happened to me?

Idon't know what's going on at SonicCore, but it looks like Ralf is tied at work 24/24h.
I emailed him at 3 am requiring an allkeys file (just got given a 3 dsp board) on the 21st. I got my keys at 1 pm the same day !!!!
:o
This is absolute first class and really fast service....

Ralf for President ! (instead of the one we just got here... )

he isn't :)

and this makes it even more amazing...
I called him a few days ago (no, to be honest, HE called ME back!), and we had a nice talk about things including the amount of the current staff, and, man, I cannot believe they manage all that with these few people...
they even had time to fix my broken A16U between everything else. (well, I hope so, since it's not finally back here :) )

well, I would consider to change my rating from "unbelievable" to "extremely amazing", but I won't go any further... :)
