My boss says it was made underwater...
I don't know what was the guitar treated with but I like it very much, Maket. Is it possible you send me it in .wav and I add some frills to it (say, a drum loop, a pad, a bass and so on), please?
I'm serious about that.

Sorry guy's ,but no one guess how it was made.
I was reading Ethic...topic and what i realise:Programmers,Engeniers and Composers-all disapointed and dissatisfied by each other.
Offer barter: i'll say and explain how to make this kind of sounds, not only for guitar(and actually everyone have possibility to make this)for change on some of Pulsar devices.
In 2 words: my effort on your effort

Well, just to make things clear, or perhaps underscore the obvious: Maket sits on the truth, and if we want to know it, for all practical matters we have to trust him. He does'nt need to tell the truth though. He can go 'close but no cigar' on us as long as he likes. We can't verify.
It might be a stratcopy left in the vicinity of a leaking microwave owen, or the sound of a vintage guitar dealer who Maket asked to valuate the guitar. Or perhaps he stuck a mike and a beat up psr keyboard in front of the vintage synth guru. Whatever!
It might be a total bluff, perhaps he thought: damn, I'm stumped about these sounds, so let's paste this clip from an old obscure Orbit 12" flipside into an internet forum and see what people say.
Interesting...

Well,i don't want tease ( but sure i do
)
But as i told this is riddle,so it's a game with rules:
if you want to know-let's change with ideas or something. When i discover this -i was amazed how easy and how resultative this!
At last i can say how it was made but it's a strange situation: devices cost money,
Pulsar too
ideas???nothing??? Sorry,not agree.
If you really need to know-let me feel it

Ok, well I appreciate that you are backing off a bit, seems we can trade ideas instead of pulsar devices. Still, on the subject of the value of ideas/intellectual property, you know that can get quite out of hand as well. Look at africa, aids and the TRIPS agreement.
But ok, let's see, I have some nice resampling techniques I'll trade with you for this guitar trick. I'm so bloody curious. Drop me a mail.
..And WHAT do you mean by 'let me feel it' ??

nice trick a friend who's doing a sound engineer course: if you want to know what effects have been used on a stereo recording, then route the signal to 2 mono channels, pan them xtreme right and left, and finally invert the phase of one channel. this way you can hear, i suppose, the effects used during mastering.
however, in this case, it might not work, depends on how the recordings were made i think.
ok, nice game, but i think this forum must be open to everyone, just as its information. music is not a race to be won. the last few months i have been collecting data to put in my brain and machine, and i hope that one day i can be of as much help as, let us say samplaire and air (my macmasters
) or subhuman. so, in short, try sharing knowledge. i've read lots of threads about 3rd party contributions, other platforms and their benefits and the growth of creamware, and everywhere i could read between the lines that we have such a good community feeling...
well sharing knowledge is a first step to making this thing happening.
cheers, good uncompromising music, maket.

--if you want to know what effects have been used on a stereo recording, invert the phase of one channel.--
Theoretically, what the channels have in common will be cancelled out. I can recommend behringer's edison processor, it does the above and a little more. I think the c-plugs superstereo does it as well. It's quite ok if you want to know a bit more about a mix.
Now for the important part..

Could'nt agree more! I don't know what Maket is up to here. I do know that I am a sound fetischist...
I also know that people willingly share product knowledge and troubleshooting experiences. I have no problem with that and I participate in that way too. Just have'nt got a Pulsar yet. However, rarely you see people share production tips, mixing or treatment strategies - more or less artistical twists as the one in question here. Perhaps it's pathological, but people hang on to nuggets they've come across, at least for a while. Tin cups are different.
(Maket: that was a general statement about humanity as a whole, not directed at any specific person. Humanity as a whole includes myself, that is to say, I'm no different about nuggets)
