Pruned some flakiness off the tree in the last 10 years - it is a good idea.
Great musicians with no future
- Often only hindsight can make it clear that you've been wasting your time.
edit - emzee - flakiness can be cool, but not as a group dynamic

The assignment? "Fire your flaky friends." They take your time, sap your energy and pull you down. Call them, write them, or tell them you cannot be friends with them any longer until they demonstrate they are not lazy or flaky. And you will be more likely to succeed. (Good news: your friends can re-apply for your friendship according to Levine once they’ve proven they are no longer flaky.)
Oneself having no such faults of course. To be that self-obsessed doesn't particularly interest me, really.

I consider myself like any other lifeform on this planet. Succesfull means the continuation of the species.
" Am I Succesfull?" Simply I'm to young to answer this question.
