Hello all,
I mentioned in an earlier post that ( which no one has helped me with ) that I have been trying to more or less reproduce my basic setup I used in version 2.4, but with little success.
Please don't laugh, but I have been using version 2.4a of Pulsar and only changed to version 3.1 c a couple of days ago since I bought a new board where the new operating system CD was included.
I find version 3 quite confusing!!!!!
The problem is I can't see or find ADAT SOURCE OR ADAT DESTINATION modules. These modules are crucial to my set-up as I connect my external synths to Pulsar using an Alesis AI3.
Please don't tell me I can't do this anymore. There must be a way!! I can't figure it out!!!
Actually there is a lot I can't figure out, such as what is control room all about?
I have also noticed that the STM mixers don't have as many ins and outs as the big mixer in version 2.4, which means ( as far as I can see) that I won't be able to really create what I used to have as my set up.
I was hoping that maybe I could send someone an image of my 2.4 basic set-up and get some help with this matter. I realise that I can still use 2.4 but I would like to take advantage of 3.1.
I want to include an image here, but for some reason I cant'seem to import it.
You probably all think I am an idiot, but let me say I've been working with version 2.4a for quite some time without any hassles. To me version 3 is virtually another system all together.
Thanks in advance for your response(s). And please help!! I am stuck!!

Where is ADAT SOURCE and ADAT DEST gone?? Help I'm stuck!!!
If all you are using at the moment is the live bar, then I would suggest using the routing window until you get familiar with the system (Live Bar->Set->RoutingWindow).
You will then find the ADAT IO's in the "Hardware IOs" menu at the top of the routing window.
As hard as it may be, you might also have to RTFM.
