Third time after writing a message when I send it I receive a page to return and to login again but the text was all gone, now I'm tired. Just to say, next I'll copy before send.
Have fun!

I guess you use Internet Explorer - witch is a program with a bad memory. Opera remembers such things (except passwords, that look like *****). I use Opera 6.05.

That's happened to me too - quite a few times. Now I always do a "select-all" and copy just before I post in case something happens... at least then I can paste it all back in again. If you lose a long message you never feel like writing it all again.

If I plan on making a rather long article, I make it in a text file first. If the text gets long after a while in IE, I do the same, for the reason you mention above.

A couple of articles went lost before by phoney IE behavior, by pressing a 'Back' shortkey or whatever. Just when you have all courage, logic and arguments collected to write this long essay, it's such a bummer to see it disappear. Sometimes I re-wrote them later, sometimes I gave up.

So for long articles, I prepare them in a txt document to ensure they make it to Z.
