Modular "labels"?

I keep seeing these little "label" modules on other people's Mod patches. They're 1U high and colored dark blue. All you do with them is enter in text. I can't find any modules on the menus that resemble text labels. Where the heck did they come from???

i've made a "version 3" . now it loads with virgin display (4 july 2003)
