Newbie - what synths

Hi I'm buying a pulsar II next week and I wonder if I could have some opinions -
I very interested in the following Zarg products -
Pro 1, Prophet 5, and ambient - what are you're views.
Also how easy is it to assign controllers to a keyboard - thank in advance

I can't realy anwser about the synths, since i don't own them. I just assume they are incredible. It's John Bowen how behind those synths after all, and he is a living legend in synths.

But assigning controller can't be more easy, you right click on the knob you want to control, move the controller to which you want it assigned, that's it...

Good choice. Did you have a look at Solaris? Very much to recommend, but cannot replace Ambient. Solaris is extremely versatile, Ambient is FAT, not just fat or very fat. Pro One is a must, so only idea I have is maybe Solaris for Prophet.

Thanks - Solaris looks good, I'm waiting for the review of Solaris in this months Sound on Sound - by this time next week I should have my pulsar - can't wait,
