how should that go? Why are you wanting XTC in samplitude? Are you using samp as midi sequencer?

I don`t see any sense...

But what you should do is decreasing the vip buffersize in the options of samplitude (press the y key) to at least 1024 k or less. Requires the latest samp7 patch installed.

The buffersize shouldn't exceed the asiobuffersize. The plugins should run well than, but without the possibility of bouncing. You have to rerecord everything new.

try using the standard asio drivers buffersize around 1024 k, not the asio float ones.

Samplitude + Creamware + Asio + win98 seams to be a bad combination. I had this experience, and so did several others. WinXP is better in this setup.

it works well now on winXP !
vip buffer to 512 , 13ms latency on pulsar
any asio driver works ..
the great thing is that samplitude correct the latency very well ! great !

strange ..
maybe I haven't check all the option in win98se but no problem at all in winXP.
so with winXP I have no longer the midi sync probleme I've used to have before .. I didnt't know if it was OS related but I had stop using midi sequences ! but now it works like a charm even a 250 bpm ! the only think that annoying me it's that now my 512MO RAM seems to be not enough ( like 256Mo on win98SE) .
my config :
pIII-S 1.2ghz, tusl2 , 512Mo , pulsar2+pulsar+srb1
