Some of you may hear to much sentiment, other may like it. I felt a big pleasure during creating.
The terrible cymbals are a result of mp3; the wav-file sounds much better.
Der Tod der Liebenden
I decoded it with wavelab so i heard the wav.file.The song is very artistic ,the text is very lyric and complicated(positiv i mean)
at all very narative, it can build pictures ,
the churchorgan is very impressive.
I like it very much ,very very nice work.
Oh, maybe the voice can be a little bit to present, to loud maybe. Here and there i wished some mistery with the voice...But you phrased and spoked it very nice .

Oh LOOK! Someone else seems to think the same thing as me about MP3's....On 2003-03-27 19:14, Herr Voigt wrote:

Being a prog rock fanatic(I'm such a nerd) I can't say that I would call this prog rock. But then, one cannot judge a prog rock album from its slower tunes.
This is nicely done nonetheless

Are we listening?..

Thank you, guys!!!
Your replies are encouraging me, really! Especially with this track I wasn't sure to put it into this forum, or not? But if only a few people like it, I am very happy.
Submarine, the presence of the vocals is a very difficult thing. I showed an earlier mix to a good friend of mine (a woman I work together for many years with) and she wanted to hear the vocals more in the foreground. But she is a dramaturg at theatre and so she gives the spoken and understandable word absolute priority ...
The lyrics are, as in the 2 last tracks I posted, by Georg Heym. I could never write such fantastic verses.
Paul, it was a special joy to read your reply, cos I like your downloaded music, too. You have a similar romantic soul as me, I think. Yes, I am the singer.
Prog rock or not, I think, you agree with me, it doesn't matter. It's much more important, that you and other people like it.
So I continue happily with my work.
Yours Thomas
