i would like to use more than one mixer when in sfp, especially when i begin to use more audio tracks than the dynamic mixer allows for in stereo mode.

i am able to load an additional mixer, like say the stm1632, but i am not hearing playback when i connect that mixer to my asio dest module.

i have verified the midi signal on the synth in sfp (i am sequencing with sx), so i know that the midi signal is reaching the synth. i can also see levels on the mixer, but the signal doesn't seem to reach the asio dest.

any suggestions?

does using two mixers require extra configuration in sfp, or is it a setting in cubase?

Sounds like you need to look in cubase. Have you enabled the appropriate vst inputs?
Have you selected these inputs in the vst mixer?

Don't know how your monitor system is connected with your DAW ...
Check if the audio signals arrive in Cubase (in V 5.1: press the little "In"-button beside the vu-meter). If ASIO is connected correctly, you should see something while playing a sfp-instrument. If not, you should check the Audio system adjustments.
If I couldn't help, you could post a screenshot of your problematic project.
Good luck, Thomas
