Instalation Problem (XP with NTFS disk)

Hi,
I reinstalled my WIN XP and also I formated my FAT32 disks as NTFS. But now, my installation files with 3.1a softwar doesn´t start. The icon of SETUP.EXE is not viewed as blue PULSAR but only as a NORMAL CDROM icon and computer after running gets frozen.

I don´t understand to it ? Why ?
