Selling plugins?

I have a question: I will get two copies of some plugins, and an internet friend of mine has asked if he can buy a copy of these plugins from me. How can I do to sell, for example, my optimaster to him? Isn't the serial# of the plugin locked to my Pulsar 2 hardware serial number? And another question: When I get my 2nd Pulsar card, will I be able to use the same plugins on both my cards? Or do I have to register two copies of the STS-5000 to be able to use it on both my computers? Does anyone know how this works?

As long as the cards are in the same PC, you only need one registration on one of the cards. If you put them in different pc's, you need different licences.
