Different sustain w/o seqvencer and STS sampler

Hi,
I have strange problem, when I play my MIDI keyboard directly through Pulsar MIDI source to STS my sustain pedal doesn´t work. But when I play through Cubase, sustain works.

I monitored both signals and there is no difference between signal from Pulsar midi source and Sekvencer source.
Isn´t it strange ? How is it possible ?
