CW Elektra and Logic 5.3 does'nt fit??

hi there!
i have just upgraded to the 3.1 drivers for my elektra, and trying to get logic to work.

i tried the XTC mode in cubase sx first, and it worked like a charm.
(besides that playing audio files in cubase, still doesnt work without hearing crackle and pops, as i did with the 2.5 drivers to.)

in my studio they use logic though, so i brought that home and installed it, and choosed SCOPE asio, and choosed ASIO in logic audiosettings.
then logic tell me to reboot logic, and so i do. when i then try to start up logic again, just when logic is starting up and scanning for scope asio, it just shuts down. and i get a windows error msg.
i have tried to not use the XTC mode, but get the same problem.

i have a AMD 1700+ XP, K7S5A mobo, 512DDR.

strange that it works so great in cubase sx, but logic wont even start up?
cant figure out what the problem could be at all.

i really would appreciate some comments regarding this issue!
