Hi. I've two luna-II-cards, using cubase 5.1 and gigastudio 160 on win98se. Recording in 44.1khz/16bit works fine. But 24 and 32 bit don't do the job. I put Asio1-32/64 and Asio1-Flt64 into the project as described in the creamware-manual. The problem then is that I only hear the signals of Cubase-outputs 1 and not on the other 15 master-outs. When I try to record only the left channel gets a signal, nothing on the right channel. But that only happens in 24- or 32-bit mode, not in 16bit. I tried all versions from sfp 3.1 to 3.1c. Also tried on winXP. I also changed the PCI-latency in bios, but the problem is still there. There is enough DSP-power, it must be something different. The machine is AthlonXP1800+ on k7s5a with 512MB DDR. Can anyone help? Thank you in advance.

I'm a Mac user and not much use to you, but I did notice you say you use ASIO1 modules. Use the ASIO2 ones and see if that makes a difference. Also try using the 'normal' ASIO2 24-bit Dest and ASIO2 24-bit Source modules.

Sorry man, I probably am not giving you the right answer, but as far as I know, you have to use a special drive for Gigastudio or Gigasampler, the GSIF, or something like that. I don’t use any of this programs so I can’t really tell you. But I understand that the Giga like of programs have their own drivers and if these drivers are not configured properly, nothing works. I have heard this already several times in the forum. Please, check out the GSIF to see it things goes better. If not, don’t worry, cos there will be some nice answers to your questions, since there are quite a few here in the Z, using Gina. Good luck.
