without going into horrendous detail, yes, its worth switching to a Mac, but. . .

Pulsar, Scope works well on a Mac but if you're familiar with working with key commands on a computer exclusively to do things you'll be in for a change with Scope. You have to do most things on a Mac with the Mouse and/or the control keys.

OMS is an easy way to set up a MIDI configuration on Mac and Scope comes with special OMS drivers that work well with Logic.

For basic things: synths, audio recording through ASIO, midi routing, audio routing it's really good.

I could go on about tiny details that are annoying but basically IT WORKS ON A MAC.

I agree with Gregory. I think it's easier to get most of your Luna/Pulsar out of your Mac (for me) than PC if you are a newcomer to the computer world. But if you know PCs better then don't think too much and go PC. There is no clear answer. I own a Mac and I wouldn't change it to PC but that's me. Please, don't try to persuade your points of view - 'no, PCs are better, Mac are better - I just say FOR ME Macs are easier to operate.

Don't think about OSX drivers as a cure for all your problems - look at PC people - you can find those who use good ol' win98 succesfuly while others say there is nothing like XP. Who is right? All of them because they use the tool they feel comfortable with. For me switching to OSX is nothing special. It's still promises more than present time. As I said:for me.

six of one...

what are computers made of? 80-90% or more the same.. mac or pc.the other 10-20%?not significantly different, otherwise all those parts would not interchange.osx for pc!(frustrated logic user who doesn't want to buy another computer in a coupla months to stay current but is just fooling himself about that too, probably  )
