What's currently included in SFP for new Pulsar2 owners?

I've been talking to a friend online who's just gotten a brand spanking new Pulsar2 today. He completely registered at creamware.com and downloaded his allkeys file...apparently he doesn't have the propack though. This isn't being sold with the Pulsar2 anymore?

Of course I didn't find out that he bought the card used until today.
