Sync to Midi trigger

Hi to all
i want to sync cooledit to external midi in
what should i use? (should a midi event trigger can have an acceptable synchronization?

You want to sync TO a CW device? Normally you'll set up Cooledit as Master, then slave SFP devices to it...
