Wasup folks. I've had it with Media player. Heres my prob, Im trying to rip this sample off this sample cd in soundforge. I forgot the number, and then I have to take the cd out of the computer and back in the cd player to remember which one. The only thing I have to audition any cd's is media player, which I hate. That thing is way to slow and memory intensive. Is there a easier, smaller, faster ripper out there? Better yet, Does SFP include some magical ripper of its own? All I want is to audition cd's quickly, so that I can rip what I want on the fly. Any ideas?

Check out http://www.goldenhawk.com

This is the ripper/copier I use and I love it.

ehhh -- oops, sorry. I should have read more closely. CDRWIN is not a player - just a ripper/copier.

try Magix's media player - can't remember the name at the moment, but go to magix.com and check it out.

I use it frequently.

ABout WinAmp, it would be better if you get the LITE version...

More simple and safest...
