Hi!
I have a LUNAII and a roland DS90-a monitors with digital coaxial inputs. I´m using the analog ins, but I want to test the sound of the monitor internal converters, and I can´t understand the spdif connections on LUNA. It has a unique P2 female connection for both spdif in and out that I suppose to be a stereo connector. So what kind of adapter may I use to connect standard rca coaxial cables on it? Or may I use a cable that has two rca conectors on one side and one p2 stereo conector on the other. And more important what is the configuration of the female connector on the LUNA? ins are inside and outs are outside or ins are outside and outs are inside? I would also like to know if I can use standard rca audio cables for spdif coaxial connections? I´m afraid to cause injuries to my hardware doing silly wrong connections. Is it possible to fry my Luna or my monitor ins with wrong spdif connections?

Thanks for all...

I hope someone can answer so many questions, because I never worked with spdif.

Hi!

Yes you can use a standard cable :

1st end has a stereo minijack (1/8") stereo
2nd end has 2 mono rca jack (i just don't know which is the IN and which is the OUT)
