I've bussed up a drums, brass, keyboards and vocals submix using the recording busses of the STM4896 mixer, and have inserted a couple of effects over each bus, namely Vinco/S and the PSY-Q.
After saving, exiting, starting up again and loading the project, all bus inserts are bypassed, and I have to re-enable each of the inserts on each bus before continuing where I left off.
SCOPE SFP 3.1, Win ME and XP (same problem on both), PIII 1GHz, 512MB RAM, A16 Ultra for I/O, and a brand new project doesn't help. Latest STM4896 patch also installed.
