I am now dual booting my Logic 5.1.3 install on both Windows ME and now XP Pro. I use a Unito8 MK II MIDI Interface over USB.

Problem:

Despite installing the latest drivers off Emagic's PC download site for the Unitor8 MK II and choose the USB driver on install, Logic won't recognise the type of 'Unitor' installed. Rather, it states the interface as 'Unrecognised' or something when looking in the Settings->Synchronisation->Unitor page.

This means incoming LTC or VTC timecode is not recognised and Logic 5 won't sync to the external clock generator any more.

Under Windows ME, everything was OK. Nothing else has been changed.

Despite a couple of emails to Emagic support, I have had no replies. (I'm assuming it's not a "you got a PC', ha ha" thing...)

I'm hoping someone at Planet-Z may have had similar troubles and is able to provide a solution.

Regards to all.
