recording level prob with ASIO-Logic

hi, I recently got pulsar II and I am try to run it with logic audio gold 4.8.1 but there is one problem. I can get farly good amout of audio imput from asio to pulsar's mixer collections. the output led on mixers (big mixer and so on) indicates I have enough amount of gain from my pres and synths. but when I try to record it on logic, I could not get enough rec-level.. Logic has no controll of the input gain. wat can I do to get fare amount of rec-level without over loading gains from pulsar II?

There is a gainer plug in in Logic in the helper folder.

and you do pan mono signals all the way left or right when using busses right?
