Changing effect values

Hi guys
When I want a specific value,say on my delay,I highlight the number then type it in,right.When I do this it highlights then disappears allowing me to only change the value by turning the nob.Is this a bug?
Using 3.1a

When you want to change any text value inside SFP, select it, then press F2... Enter the value, then press ENTER.

Work with all text value in sfp and mod2
