Hi!
I got a cheap offer for Washburn Force 8 bass. Does anyone have any experience about it? Should I get it. I only know that it's vintage and looks a bit like Fender Precision. I'd have to buy it without trying so any comments would be helpful...

I've got a Washburn Series1000 and I'm delighted with it, it's GREAT! But... and this is a serious BUT, I would never buy an instrument I've not played myself, and tryed fully. So up to you. I would decline the offer if I can't play it before... You may not like it... Just my oppinion.

No doubt.. Nestor said it all..., if you can't play it don't buy it. I think something fishy has to do with it.

Thanks for the replies! I think I'm gonna buy it cause if I don't like it I can always sell it and maybe even get more than I've paid. I'm a guitarist and I only need bass to record "guide" tracks when writing songs. I've been using sequenced bass synths but they don't really fit with my classic rock guitar sound.
