Quickest checks:

Set display to 16bit,
Disable BusMastering, I go via Display Properties -> Settings -> Select PRimary monitor -> Advanced -> Options -> Restart.

Apparently, I have the same problem with my G450 (AGP) card. If you find a fix, let me know. I've tried everything. Next step - replace the card.

Oops - sorry - should have read your message a little closer. You fixed the problem with a latency setting? Mine is set as high as it goes (I don't think tripleDAT supports anything lower).

Try going to lower screen resolutions, ie. 800x600 instead of 1280x1240 or something.

In the BIOS, disable BIOS and Video Caches. These eat your (L2?) cache and are not advised.
