multiFX as insert in 1632

i loaded the multifx as insert fx in the mixer 1632, but (altought it works perfectly) it doesn't seem to receive MIDI message, so no realtime control is possible.
anyone experience this??
"normal" insert FX works well, and multifx is midi-controllable if used outside the mixer...

yes, other people (and myself) have run into the same problem. it works all normal when used in big mixer, so it looks like (can i say it?) a bug...
