Clicks on Cubase with ASIO PowerPulsar

Hy to everybody !
I just bought a PowerPulsar and Intel Pentium 4 at 1.8 Ghz, 512Mb DDR, mobo MSI 845d chipset.
I'm using Wndows ME with Cubase 5.1, Nuendo and ASIO drivers.
When I'm playing 15 audio tracks 16/44 simultaneosly I get a lot of clicks. I reduced the levels, I tied all the setting from Cubase or Nuendo. I'm playing at 4 ms latency. I tried also at an upper latency but didn't work.
If is somebody who know some settings from the Pulsar 3.01, win ME, programs or bios ?

Start by installing the chipset/ide drivers for your motherboard..

Find the Intel INF.
