Hello.
I run two Pulsar II cards on my MAC G4.
and I am now on my way to get a new mac.
question.
will the pulsar cards run fine on
a dual G4.
(I know I know it will never use the macs dual cards)
but I need a dual mac for video editing).
so anyone out there.
should I keep my old G4 for the pulsar.
or can I put my two pulsar cards in a new DUAL
Quicksilver MAC. and run it ??
/ Michael

Pulsar II and dual G4 quicksilver ?
If u can afford to keep the old one i think the general populous would recommend you do so. Having a pc/mac dedicated for music is always wise to reduce interference between programs. Then your other pc is free for video production. Its cost vs convenience really.
people on this board have had allot of problems running creamware cards on dual pc systems but I havent seen anything about dual mac machines. Try searching the posts.

Ok thanks... I guess I keep the old one
for a month or so and try it out.
hmmm.... but
maybe I can put VST and REASON
on the new dual an run pulsar with midi
from the other G4 ??.
and just move the sounds over spdif
when I wanna master everything .
that shold work , just like if it would
be ordinary synths and samplers !!!
