asio overload pulsar I + logic 5 ?????

hi!!
ive got many probs with my audiosys. asus p2bs , intel pIII 1ghz , win xp prof.,pulsarI+powersampler and logic 5.any time i have asio system overload (-10011)???
i try to use diffrent asio devices like asio2,asio or asio2-24bit but thats the same. i also try to change my ulli settings -> the same effect. what should i do???
any solutions?

Try raising the priority-level of Logic, and make sure XP is set to optimize for background applications.

i changed the background thing but asio overload is still alive
