stupid clicks again

my new p4t-e/p4-2.2 can work with 4ms latency in cubase, but when i open some song with more than 3 vst instruments and 3-4 sounds in sts i have some stupid cliks even with 25ms latency.
same songs i was play with cusl2 with 13ms latency without any problem - now i have clicks!
i still use win98se and i'm sure that i set everything like before.
only diference can be virtual memory and vcache and maybe some setting in bios.
what to do?
how to set win98se/bios for p4t-e/1gb ram?

all problems gone with win98

now i use xp!
3ms without any click, just cpu goes little up!
recomend to all - xp

Home or Business version ? Did you need to do much tweaking ?

i do some optimatisation what i found here- if you mean that "tweaking"?

XP Home or XP Pro - you should be okay with either one. You must have Pro if you got dual processor though.

aaaaa, subhuman! i feel frustrated... yes, everything works on 3ms but when picture on monitor not moveing, but on every windows opening, or mixer in cubase, or efect, or similar i have crack even on 7 or 13ms latency.
