I'm also new to Pulsar and using it with Cubase 4.1. Eash time I use a stepped sequence from a modula2 patch, it drifts out of tempo ( eg. TechnoLoops from creamware). I have set the tempo in cubase to match the tempo on the clock in the module but this doesn't have any effect. I have tried studying up on synchronisation in the cubase manual, but I can't find the information I need.
this is driving me insane .. and creamware haven't answered any of my queries to date.....
I would appreciate any information

Hi BBc
I'm afraid the Modular 2 needs some working on.I've given up with the drum sequencers as they are completely unusable. It doesn't matter what groove setting you are using the bpm is completey out.I run Pulsar with Logic Platinum and it is impossible for me to synchronise the bpm. Also Pno and PSQ inputs are completely screwed so accessing patterns via your master keyboard is impossible.
I think that Cre@mware are aware of these problems and so hopefully in the next update they will be sorted.
Good Luck

Subject: Same Problem Here

I'm getting a similar problem when I attempt to run two external drum machines in sync with cubase via Pulsar. The drum machines are setup to play in pattern mode only, and after about 4 minutes (or less sometimes) they will all of a sudden jump slightly out of sync. Leave it for longer and they go further, but only in certain increments at a time.

Hmmm.
