Hi!

I´m waging the purchase of a Doepfer Regelwerk MIDI controller, in order to use it for the Pulsar synths as well as the BigMixer (use the Regelwerk´s 24 faders as mixing desk faders).

Does anyone have experience with external MIDI controllers and the Pulsar?

I thought it might be a money saver compared to a Yamaha Promix 01 digital mixing desk, although it´s trying to compare apples with pears :)

Subject: Regelwerk

I have one and its nice but my main problem is that when the
faders are assigned in pulsar there position won't save. . .
i.e. everytime you open a project all faders are at 0. this
only started to happen with v 2.04 and will probably be fixed but it is frustrating. . .also each channel has only 1
assignable button (the other is for fader selection). . .I do prefer it though especially for big projects.

Subject: Pulsar and Regelwerk and ProMix01

Aren´t the settings of the Pulsar BigMixer saved with the right click on the Master fader section and to select Save Settings? But I can imagine it is pretty nasty when the Pulsar doesn´t do it´s job correctly... :)

I still are undecided what to do: the Regelwerk or the ProMix01...

Greetings,
John.
