STS 3000 Low signal

Hi

I seem to be getting very low output signal from the STS 3000 when using an imported wave file. Pre-made samples/programmes from the stock Pulsar sample disk are OK (I still have to turn the gain all the way up on the mixer) but wav's are really quiet. Any reason for this?

yes, it's so in it's default setting.
but in the "setting" (? i hope) menu there is output level for main and ind. outs.
i always have to raise it, but when you save it in the project it stays the way you saved it.
i think that is good that the default out level is low.
