For some reason my Pulsar is sharing IRQ 9 with the Adaptec SCSI Controller, E-Tech Modem Enumerator, Intel USB Universal Host Controller, SCI IRQ used by ACPI bus, and three "ACPI IRQ holders for PCI IRQ-steering" (freely translated from Dutch to English). Shouldn't the Pulsar have its own IRQ? If so, how do I change the IRQs without messing up my system?

Subject: Setting IRQ's
Pulsar runs best on it's own IRQ, but sevaral CW cards can share the same IRQ.
You would normally change IRQ in the BIOS, I don't know the CUS2L, but you probably hit the <delete> key very early in the boot-sequence.
This should bring you to the BIOS menu, where you will find a menu called something with PCI/PnP settings or similar.
See your manual for the rest.
If you haven't got this, go to www.asus.com.
And remember : Be careful what you do in the BIOS-settings !
This should do the trick.

You should be allright then I guess, the ACPI whatever is related to the "powersteering" in Windoze, you know, hibernate, suspend to RAM, sleep mode etc, you can kill this too if you switch off ACPI.
This is also done in the BIOS, BUT if you and your machine is happy with your current settings, then leave it as it is, because ACPI is nice to have (your machine powers down automatically when you choose shut down, etc.)
