Hi,
I just got a Luna II Hammerfarm bundle today and the dealer gave me a copy of the v3.01 software to save me the hassle of the download.
Now then.....how do I get the activation key for the v3.01.......surely I don't have to pay for it!
Dave
V3 Key?????
I have registered my card. On "my page" (Creamware Website) I can see my registered hardware with the board s/n, manufacture date and purchase date. When I select "Activation Keys" I can see 1 entry for my Luna card with the hware s/n and the same activation key that is on the inside cover of my installation manual. That's all fine, that key lets me install v2.5 that came with the card.
Now I have the v3.01 software.......where do I get the key?!?!??

Looks like you have to knock CW's door at: support@creamware.com . Be kind, ask the questions as simpliest as you can and be patient, they should answer you asap.

Actually only Creamware Germany can do anything about keys, so you'll get what you need a lot quicker if you email directly to the source: support@creamware.de
Be sure to include date and place of purchase, and your Luna's SN (serial number) so they can get you your key. Be patient, it's taking about 3-4 days lately.

Thanks for the help guys, I posted the relavant purchase/serial number info to both the US and German support addresses. Hopefully I'll get a reply (and more importantly the key) within a day or two!
Thanks again.....Dave.
P.S. Btw I'm really impressed with Luna even with v2.5, so far so good. I can finally use VSTi's in real time, nice low latency, and the routing options are sooooo cool!
