Hello all,
Does anyone know where to find a Sound Proof CPU Box / Enclosure?
...I was going to do a search and realized CPU will be a doozy....
Any direction will be greatly appreciated,
Thank You!
Sound Proof CPU Box / Enclosure
You could build one yourself with some plywood and dense accoustic foam...
I tend to like rackmountable computers, you can get 19" equipment racks, that have an accoustic isolation door on them. Check out SKB, Raxxess, etc. for premade 'pro audio' stuff. This route is definitely a little more pricey but also helps maintain a professional image for your studio, if you get clients in, etc.
Depends on what you have, and what you're looking to spend, I guess. The DIY method could look good if you take your time and do it right.

Digital Village have a product called the 'Isobox' its horrendously expensive IMHO.
At £1049 inc v.a.t. I think I'd be more inclined to build one myself, using acoustic tiling, and mdf. Although to be fair it does have gizmos like temp controlled fans and the like. So if you do have cash to splash take a look at http://www.digitalvillage.co.uk
