DIY-Mod: Two synts in one case?

Hey, there!

I would put the interior of two Ensoniq synths (both TS12 and both with a defective damn heavy 76-keys keyboard) in one big 19" rack case. Could it bring some electrical problems? May some one did similar stuff in the past already? Any help is appreciated!
