Hi Paul!

Work early this morning?

Ok, you gotta create a program first, for this right click on an empty slot from the multi (the main sts window) create a new program an name it. After, open the keyzone window (click on keyzone tag that below the multi) and them, you can drop wav in that window. Or STS program, or Akai S1000 or S3000 program, even soundfonts.

BTW, if you have a soundfont with many programs inside, like a GM bank, then you'll use the Pool windows, drop the sf2 on the first slot in there, an now, you can use program change from switching programs that is inside this pool. You can save differents pool depending on your songs.

Never forget that when you make a modification to a program, you should save it, and also, that when you save it, only the program will be saved, not the sample from it, also, it's gonna save this as a .STS files (pulsar program). If you want to save all samples with it, use export volume as, STS, or S1000, S3000. I'd recommand export always as S3000 (.P and .S) so that when you save a future modification of your program, you won't loose the original program. More over, i use the ChickenSystem Translator to save all my program to CD as a real Akai CD i can share with people without Pulsar, and this program cannot yet read .STS+.WAV (this is the format when you Export volume as STS).

Hope this help! And btw, i've listen to your song in Music section, your a great guitar player!
