I don't think there has been an update. What is it that you need to do with the other channels that cant be done using just channel 1 ?

Well I use it from time to time, not extensively though. It's got some nice features to explore but unfortunately I really haven't spent the time to really get to know it. Personally I'm more into playing than programming though. Today I had a good session with it and produced some cool patterns with the Prisma and my CP300 piano modulating the transpose and variation parameters with the scroll wheel. Changing the number of steps produces interesting results.
I'm going to try and see if i can minimize the down time btwn sessions with this so I don't forget. I just discovered the other day that I had not installed it properly so it appears it's been over 3 months since i've used it. :-?

have you tried using external midi channel changer as workaround ?

I made myself a simple ch changer.

See the attached file

Use it together with the midi filter device, so that it will filter the midi channel you need, then my device will force it to channel one.

I think you can build such a device with BCmodular. But with the djmicron channel changer, you've got the right one.. You even can have 1 mattomat --> several midi channels !

Thanks djmicron !

to let mattomat react on a midi channel other than channel 1, the correct routing is sequencer midi port > midi filter > ch changer > mattomat

on the midi filter check all channels but the one you want to use, on the ch changer set channel 1.

To change mattomat output midi channel, just connect it to channel changer and set your desired one.

Hope that helps
