Problem with a new computer

I have just installed a Pulsar in a new computer. The same Win7-64 as before. The installation went normally and everything looks ok. The system does not find any fault. Scope platform normally open (in startup). And everything looks OK but not working. It looks like the Scope struggling with something, and sometimes, after a lot of suffering start to work and than work well, but in most cases does not work. I use only one project now, then the project is not a matter.

It's not about projects! Scope platform normally raise with startup but it does not work.
Everithing looks fine. No error messages 'till I open Cubase. There is no sound and no ASIO (Ins/Outs).
I even don't need to open Cubase. I know that don't working because I see DA converter didn't recived clock.
Pulasr does not receive clock from the AD converter and does not sends it to the DA converter.
I tryed Master Mode, useing Pulsar analog in/outs only, but it does not work too.
Sometimes it happens to make it work by itself without me touching something and after that working stable without problems.
Now I turned on the computer and does not work and the only thing I can do is wait.

Now I removed pulsar in other slot and now working normaly. I hope that will be the same in future
