I've been having something problems whith this combination: at 48 khz the system often doesn't work because of clock instabilities (it turns on and of frequently), both internal or external clocks. At 96 khz, it never works, and i got a message: "Pulsar (id 1) seems to have no STDM conections to the other DSP boards. Plese check STDM cables".
I've tried connecting the STDM cables in all possible ways. My setup is:
-Gigabyte GA71-XE4 motherboard (AMD 750 chipset)/ Athlon 1.2 Ghz
-786 Mb RAM
-IBM and Quantum 7200 RPM HDs
-ATI AGP 8Mb video card
-Luna (id 0) and Pulsar I (id 1) sharing IRQ 10
-PCI Ethernet card
-nothing more sharing any IRQs

I have the same problem that you, but I have a Elektra + Pulsar PLus, and no one have answered me yet.
I have tried to install only pulsar, and It have the same problem.
Do you have solved it now?
