what means NSA offer? Are these spionage devices from the usa? Is this the reason why so cheap? Does the goverment wants to know my signalrouting in my studio, because I could be a terrorist. I could hurt somebody with my saw waveform in his ears!

It means that the offers are so cheap for what is included that there are No Silly Arguments for not buying...
