ASIO Unhooking at closing

Very Often Cubase (7.0.4 64 and Previous) when it closes , I have an ASIO Unhooking. And If I reopen cubase it tells 'ASIO scope is not running ... '. Have you experienced this?

Well, only when cubase crash, I have to reboot the pc.
It seems that when you close cubase, it doesn't close correctly. Have a look in the task manager to see if all cubase app are really closed before to start it again...Maybe...

Yes! Restart Scope also and all should be ok.
